Important Notice

  • You may be asked to pay either local or city tax at a mandatory hotel.

  • If you are unable to arrive at the hotel, please be sure to contact us to cancel your reservation. For multi-night bookings, if there is no contact and you do not show up on the first night, the reservation for the remaining nights will be automatically cancelled.
  • The web-displayed receipt is an electronic representation of receipt data stored digitally. While it serves as valid proof of payment, it is classified as an electronic document and is therefore not subject to stamp tax, even if printed. Please check in advance whether a printed version of the web receipt is acceptable for your accounting or reimbursement procedures.
