Our Room Types

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we offer 2 types of Heartful Rooms®.
Please check the hotel search function or the individual hotel pages for information on the availability and types of Heartful Rooms® at each location.

Type A
The bathroom, toilet, and washbasin are integrated into a single spacious area, allowing for easy access to all areas.

Heartful Room® (Wheelchair Accessible Room) Type A

Type B
Type B features a separate layout, with the bathroom and the toilet/washbasin divided into two independent rooms.

How to Reserve

  • Please make your reservation through the official website, or by phone or fax.
  • If you wish to reserve rental equipment or a priority parking space for wheelchair users, please contact the hotel directly by phone or fax.

Accommodation Support for Guests with Disabilities

Heartful Room® (Wheelchair Accessible Room) Bathroom
  • Various rental items are available upon request.
  • Room escort can be provided upon request.
  • We are available to assist with rearranging the room layout for guests using a wheelchair.
  • We are available to assist with opening and closing the curtains.
  • We are available to assist with completing the registration card on behalf of guests with visual impairments.
  • We are available to provide guidance on the room’s facilities and layout for guests with visual impairments.
  • We will coordinate with guests to establish emergency communication methods between the front desk and the guest room for guests with hearing impairments.
  • We will thoroughly explain how to use the room facilities for elderly guests.
  • Unfortunately, hotel staffs are unable to provide constant personal assistance to individual guests. Guests who require help with meals, restroom use, bathing, or personal grooming must be accompanied by a caregiver.
    Hotel staffs are unable to assist with pick-ups from locations outside the hotel or with shopping errands.
    We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation when making a reservation.
