How to Reseve
You can either access with your PC or with your smart phone. We give out exclusive discounts for guests booking our rooms from our official website. A discount of ¥300 will be given to you , “official website discount”.

Please check-in either at the reception or by using our self-check-in machine
Check-In Time
Check-in begins from 15:00.
Early check-in procedures can be completed before this time; however, room access will be available from 15:00 onwards.

Late Arrivals & Cancellations
If we do not receive notice from you after your scheduled arrival time, your reservation may be canceled.
If you expect to arrive later than your planned time, please be sure to contact the hotel in advance.
Cancellation Fees
Prior to 12:00 on Check-in Date No cancellation fee
After 12:00 / No Show 100% of the accommodation charge

Amenities and Services
Bar soap, razors, and shower caps are available and night gowns are available by the front desk in the lobby. Some hotels may have these items available in the guest rooms. For rental items or other amenities, please visit the front desk.
important Notes When Temporarily Leaving Your Room
The hotel operates 24 hours a day.
If your room uses a cylinder key, please remember to leave it at the front desk when temporarily leaving your room.
For hotels with card keys, we kindly ask that you take your key with you when going out.
Check-Out
Guests will be charged with late check-out fee when occupying a room after check-out times listed below.
We may refuse requests for late check-out when fully-booked.
For phone calls made during your stay, the full charge will be imposed during check-out
Late Check-out Fees:
Until 14:00: ¥1,000 (tax included) per hour
After 14:00: 100% of the accommodation fee for the whole night

Room Cleaning for Multiple Night Stays
For guests staying multiple nights, room cleaning will be completed by 15:00, unless otherwise requested.
If you would like your room cleaned earlier, please inform the front desk in advance.
Room Change for Long-term Stays
At Toyoko Inn, we strive to keep our guest rooms clean at all times in accordance with Article 4 of the Hotel Business Act. For long-term stays, guests will be asked to change their rooms on their 8th night for a deep cleaning purposes.
Accommodation for Children
Children in elementary school or younger can share a bed with an adult for free (one child per bed). When searching for a hotel, please specify the number of people excluding children who will be sharing a bed. If a child will be using a bed alone or if the child is a junior high school student or older, please include them in the number of people.
